The first floor apartment sleeps 3 - 4 persons in one double room and one single/twin room . The double room has a wash hand basin, TV, wardrobe & drawers with vanity mirror, and a comfortable sofa. The single/twin room can accommodate both a single bed and a cot or two single beds. There is a shower room/ wc.

Lounge/ kitchen/ diner with leather corner sofa and leather tub chair, 28" widescreen TV, DVD player, folding dining table with chairs, cooker, microwave and fridge. There is table wear and crockery for 6 persons. (Please note there is no washing machine though there is a launderette in Caol village approx 3 miles from apartment).

All prices include electric and linen, but not cleaning on departure.  Strictly no smoking or pets please.

If you are travelling from the South on the A82 (Glasgow, Crianlarich): follow the A82 into Fort William at the first roundabout (West End, there is a large car park on left), and take the third exit, Lundavra Road. Proceed up the hill and take the second left turning into Argyll Terrace. The Birches is the second house on the left.
